Trinity House Real Estate Fund is a Jersey domiciled fund. It was established in Q3 2017 to invest in UK commercial real estate. The Fund is managed by Lighthouse Canton, an MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) regulated fund manager.

INVESTMENT OBJECTIVES

This is a closed-ended, UK commercial real estate focused fund with the objective of delivering stable dividend yield through rental income and achieving capital appreciation from asset enhancement and/or management initiatives. The Fund acquires commercial properties in the UK, with the objective of achieving geared total return in double digits at investor level. In this Fund, we work closely with Trinity House Jersey Advisor who have multiple years of experience in picking quality asset in UK and Europe.

INVESTMENT STRATEGY

We have a well-governed decision-making framework in place, with our asset advisor doing the preliminary deal sourcing work, before presenting them to the investment manager for review. The investment manager then proceeds to recommend qualified deals to the investment committee, who will eventually make the final decision on the asset purchases.
